Aho is happy to announce an extended workshop learning more about the breathwork modality - biodynamic breath and trauma release with Lisa Li.Starting with exercises to connect to the body and emotions... Including partner work to tap into the subtle layers of energy and healing. Learn practises using breath and movement that can be integrated into your daily life to encourage healing.To learn to have more awareness of what is coming up in ceremony and how to heal. The importance of integration and resourcing. A break with yummy vegan high vibe snacks and cacao.
