This Sweat lodge ceremony is designed for men seeking to reconnect with their true essence. That man who lives in you, full of strength, high thoughts and an open heart.
Throughout history, man has not been allowed to express himself from his true potential due to countless old paradigms.
Therefore, the deep desire is born that, as men, we reconnect with our most masculine essence, recognize and remember who we really are, recovering a fresh and renewed potential. We know that the current environment we live in prevents us from reaching our greatest potential.
This is why we open the necessary ceremonial space for the word, the support of brotherhood and attentive listening to the needs we have as men to bring practical solutions to our lives.
The Sweat Lodge Ceremony offers a sacred place for introspection and connection, just a few miles outside of the City. Re-connect with nature and your essential wildness on Berkeley farm.
The Temazcal (Sweat Lodge) led by Ahau de la Selva and Renato Guerrero is a ceremony that offers a lot of psychological, emotional, social, spiritual and physical healing. With love, simplicity, strength and clarity through their songs , words and prayers. You will receive the guidance of a genuine and humble connection with yourself and especially, the Great Spirit and the 4 elements
Ahau is a Mexican Medicine Man working with Traditional Medicines of his culture for the past 14 years through ceremonies, workshops and courses. Also Co-Founder of Root of the Gods, a project that preserves and re-activates sacred wisdom.
Ahau holds Sweatlodge following the traditions of his native Mexican Temazcal, whilst also integrating various other native traditions. His guidance introducing us to connect with themes such as love, life and death, bringing through wisdom, love simplicity and strength. Living fully in his life purpose of being of service to humanity, Ahau is a great teacher with a humble heart, his lessons and words valued by many people across Mexico and the UK.
Renato Guerrero an alchemist and medicine man from Chile who has extensively facilitated Sweatlodge ceremonies here in the uk and around the world.
The Sweat Lodge Ceremony consists of four rounds; earth, air, water, fire. This is to re-balance all 4 layers of our bodies; physical, emotional, mental & spiritual.
The location for the Sweat is Berkeley Farm, Manor Rd, Lambourne End in Hainault on the central line. Closest tube is Grange Hill or Hainault. The farm is set in beautiful acres of field, with horses and wild flowers. The farm is a rustic haven, just a few stops from the city. Parking onsite is also available.
Schedule will go as follows:
Arrive by 11am Sunday
Sweat Lodge 12.30pm
Food Share around the fire 3pm
Close 4pm
What you will need to bring:
2 towels, for men bring shorts and women swimsuit, sarong, dress or equivalent (to wear in the lodge) Warm clothing and any snacks to share around the fire afterwards.
£90 per person. Limited to 20 people
